1.  Who is Blackwood Guitars?

Blackwood Guitars was started by guitar enthusiasts, Ewen and David, with a vision to provide a platform for buying, selling, trading and consignment of all sorts of boutique, vintage and collectible guitars, amplifiers and guitar effects.  Find out more here.

2.  I am from outside Singapore, can I still make a purchase?

We accept international orders for all our products.  If there's anything that you're looking for in our product catalogue, or would like us to source a particular item for you, please contact us for enquiries.

3.  What types of payment methods do you accept?

For all international orders, please pay via PayPal or international money orders.

For Singapore orders, we accept direct bank deposits should you wish to purchase directly from us online.

Our Singapore retail outlet accepts the following payment methods: Cash, Nets, and Visa, Master, Diners, JCB

4.  I have made a purchase, what sort of shipping methods are available?

All international orders are shipped via DHL Globalmail.  Should you require express post, please contact us and we'll ship your item out by DHL Express.

Delivery time is usually 7 - 9 working days for international orders.

For local post, all parcel sized items will be posted out via SingPost.  Where required, door to door delivery is also available for a nominal fee.
